What the service is
BackToYou provides NFC keychain tags and a private page that helps a finder reach a child's parent. We are not an emergency service or a tracking service.
Acceptable use
You may register tags only for children you are the parent or legal guardian of. You agree to keep your contact information accurate and to deactivate tags you no longer use.
Third party actions
BackToYou is not responsible for the actions of any third party who taps a tag. We provide the tool that connects a finder to you; what happens after is between the people involved.
Refunds
If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Refund policy details will be expanded here.
