What we collect
When you register a tag, we collect your child's first name, your phone number, and optionally a photo and a short note for helpers. That's it.
How it's used
This information is only displayed on the private tag page that opens when someone taps your child's keychain. It is not used for marketing, advertising, or analytics.
What we don't collect
We never store your child's location. When someone taps the tag and chooses to share their location, that location is forwarded directly to you via SMS — we don't keep a copy.
Who can see your data
Only you, through your dashboard, and anyone who physically taps your child's tag (the page is at a unique private link that isn't indexed by search engines).
Deleting your data
You can deactivate a tag from your dashboard at any time, which immediately removes its information from the live page. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at any time.
